54-Design is a sign and graphics company that started it's humble beginnings in Feb. 2005 as a support project for our racing gokart parts business, providing racing graphics to a wide variety of karters across the nation. After closing the doors on the parts business at the end of the 2007 racing season, 54-Design took on a life of it's own, and the rest is - well, history & here we are, 10 yrs later going back to our beginnings in the motorsports graphics area.

Born in Bowling Green, OH out of necessity. Our race team was in need of graphics and the local sign shops were less than helpful in fulfilling our needs, along with the closing of the t-shirt and sign company that we'd been using for all our graphics, prompted us to look into getting the equipment and supplies needed to do our own graphics. As we got familiar with it all, several other racers inquired to our potential services, so we added graphics to our product line of karting parts. It took off into a full-time presence so much so, we closed the parts business to dedicate our time to the graphics.

In 2009, family prompted us to make a move to WV, where 54-Design continued to thrive for 4 years while there. And in 2013, an opportunity arose to make a move to Statesville, NC just 15 miles north of NASCAR central - Mooresville, NC aka Race City, USA, where 54-Design has again continued to thrive - with the chance to work with NASCAR teams such as the CWTS team BJ McLeod Motorsports, Red Horse Racing, and others.
